DIY Father’s Day Gifts That Are Super Cute & Easy
These are adorable and easy DIY gift ideas for Dad. I don’t know about your husband, but mine always says “Don’t get me anything!” He says he already has everything he needs. But, who can resist adorable keepsakes which certainly you don’t “need” but who wouldn’t want them??? It’s a great way to give something special to the Dad’s that feel they already have all the standard Father’s Day gifts and what a sentimental way to say Happy Father’s Day.
The Cutest and Coolest Hand print Shirt
I love what TGIF “This Grandma Is Fun” did with this t-shirt! I’m not going to lie, we made a hand print shirt in the past and it did look a little preschool-project-ish. But Dad will look cool with this one. The only concern is the bleach but maybe this is an outdoor with gloves kind of project? See how they did it here.
Dad You Rock!
Doodle & Stich made the cutest “Dad You Rock!” picture frame that the kids would love to make. Seriously, it is so easy but comes out so cute! My husband won’t take everything to work, but I’m pretty sure he would take this adorable DIY Dad’s gift. See their tutorial here.
Nuts About You Jar
This is great for the man that has it all. What a cute way to snack and know the kids are thinking of you! I’m actually thinking of doing one for Grandpa too because he eats pistachios by the handfuls. Click here for Place of My Taste’s free printable.
We Heart Daddy frame
Meredith calls herself an unoriginal mom (unoriginalmom.com), but I think this is one of the best We Heart Daddy frames I’ve found. It comes with a template so you can make this too! Here is the tutorial. I don’t know about you, but I’m thinking she’s pretty original…
Hand Print Heart
This hand print heart is easy to make and you can do it as a family with all hands on deck, or with the kids’ hand as a gift for Father’s Day. I had so much fun making this with the kids and love seeing it on our shelf. Don’t forget to add the date on the back! It’s truly unbelievable how quickly the time passes. You can find the tutorial here.
Best Dad Ever – Hands down!
How cute is this? This would look so cute in a kitchen or an entry way and be such a great way to treat Dad special on Father’s Day. I had such a hard time trying to track down a tutorial for this so I’ll link you to the site where I found it but you may need to either recreate it from scratch or keep looking! Here is the one link I found.
Dad Definition
This is such a simple, elegant and cute way to pat Dad on the back. I love the “see also: Super Here, ATM.” Too funny! You can buy it here and hopefully I won’t get in trouble for saying this but it seems like it would be super easy to print similar words on card stock at home. However, the Etsy price is really affordable so you could take a break and just order it instead. Don’t you think he’ll love it?
Let us know in the comments if you make any of these cute and easy DIY’s and if he loves them!
